Pınar Çakılkaya, a graduate of Marmara University's English Economics Department, began her career in 1995 as a research analyst and portfolio manager at Demir Yatırım. From 1998 to 2000, she worked as a bond trader in the Treasury department of Denizbank. Between 2000 and 2004, she held management positions in investment banking at Garanti Bank, and from 2004 to 2011, in private and retail banking at Yapı Kredi Bank. From 2011 to 2025, she served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager at Osmanlı Menkul Değerler A.Ş., playing an active role in the company's growth. As of 2025, she is the General Manager of Başkent Menkul Değerler.

She is a graduate of Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, and has a good command of English. She holds a Level 3 license in Derivative Instruments and Capital Market Activities. Between 1997 and 2023, she worked as a Specialist, Assistant Manager, and Unit Manager in the Capital Markets Department of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., and between 2024 and 2025, she worked at Misyon Yatırım Bankası as the Director of Custody Operations and Fund Services and the Group Director of Custody Banking Operations. Since August 2025, she has been working as the Deputy General Manager at Başkent Menkul Değerler.

She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University with a degree in Surveying and Cadastre and from Anadolu University with a degree in Business Administration, and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Capital Markets Board Level-1 License. Between 2000 and 2023, she worked at Piramit Securities Inc. in clearing operations, accounting, and administrative positions, and since 2023, she has been working as the Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager at Başkent Securities Inc.

İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Programcılığı mezunu Barış Bodur, kariyerine Mercedes-Benz ve Asus’ta takım lideri olarak başlamış, Bilge Adam’da Sistem ve Network süreçlerini yürütmüştür. ALB Yatırım’da BT Yönetmeni olarak Türkiye ve Malta’da yatırım başta olmak üzere Forex/FX Cubic altyapıları kurulum ve yapılandırma süreçlerinde aktif rol oynamıştır. Kripto ve tokenizasyon blockchain altyapıları kurulum ve yapılandırma süreçlerinin ardından Allbatross Yatırım’ın tüm BT altyapısı ile Borsa İstanbul uçtan uca emir iletim süreçlerini yapılandırmış; 2026 Haziran ayı itibarıyla Başkent Menkul Değerler’de Bilgi Teknolojileri Müdürü olarak görev yapmaktadır.

He is a graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and holds a Capital Markets Board Level-1 License. He has over 30 years of experience in capital markets. Between 1992 and 2024, he worked in clearing, operations, and finance positions at various brokerage firms, and since 2024, he has been working as the Clearing and Operations Manager at Başkent Menkul Değerler.

He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics and completed her master's degree in Business Administration at Beykent University. He began her professional career in 1998 at the Securities Department of Türk Ticaret Bankası, and worked as a broker and inspector at Ticaret Menkul Değerler between 2004 and 2014. Since 2014, he has been working as the Head of the Inspection Unit at Başkent Menkul Değerler. He holds licenses in Capital Market Activities Level 3, Derivatives, Corporate Governance Rating and Compliance, as well as a Member Representative certificate from Borsa Istanbul (Istanbul Stock Exchange).
