Tufan Bolkan, a graduate of the Business Administration Department of the Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, started his business career at a very young age in his family company.

He combined his academic background with the work ethic inherited from his family tradition.

Throughout his nearly 40-year professional career, he has gained extensive experience in strategic sectors that shape Türkiye's production and financial dynamics.

Areas of Expertise and Experience:
Agricultural Industry: Possesses extensive experience in managing projects that blend Turkey's agricultural potential with industrial disciplines and in modernizing investments in this field.
Industrial Experience: Having been involved in the industrial sector since the early years of his career, he has successfully managed operational management, corporate sustainability, and strategic growth processes.
Real Estate Project Development and Management: Specializes in strategic investment planning, project development, and professional property management in the real estate sector.

Capital Markets and Finance: Bringing his many years of commercial experience in the real sector to the world of finance, he continues as the controlling shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Başkent Menkul Değerler A.Ş.

Personal Information:
Throughout his professional life, he has prioritized ethical values and a rational management approach. He speaks English, is married, and has one daughter.

Dr. Çağrı Erolsun completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, followed by master's and doctoral degrees in Accounting and Finance at Marmara University. Combining his engineering-based analytical approach with financial expertise, Erolsun has experience in senior management and board membership in various sectors. He currently serves as a Board Member at Başkent Menkul Değerler A.Ş., actively participating in corporate governance, financial strategy, and value-driven growth processes.

She is a graduate of Istanbul University's English Economics Department. She began her career at Türkiye İş Bankası in 1993, specializing in Capital Markets within the Securities Department from 1996 to 2005. From 2005 to 2009, she worked at the General Directorate, contributing to the establishment of the bank's Private Banking structure. In 2009, she became the first Private Banking Branch Manager, overseeing the establishment of the Istanbul Private Banking Branch, a position she held from 2009 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, she served as the Nişantaşı Private Banking Branch Manager, focusing on high-income client management and portfolio development. She holds a Capital Markets Board (SPK) Derivatives License and an SPK Advanced License.

Dr. Kaan Başaran has over 35 years of international experience in investment banking, structured finance, and capital markets. His career includes roles as Country Head and Head of Emerging Markets for Turkey at Nomura International plc, CEO and Board Member of UniCredit Turkey investment banking subsidiary, and CEO of Credit Suisse Turkey. He also holds senior management positions at Merrill Lynch International, Rabobank International, and Citibank NA. He is currently a founding partner of EmergArt Capital Advisors and holds a Bachelor's degree from Boğaziçi University, and Master's and PhD degrees from Imperial College London.
